We have a beautiful Strata coming up fresh for Mother’s Day. So what is a strata? A strata is a savory bread pudding made with love, similar to quiche and frittatas. It’s a mixture of eggs and cheese baked in a baking dish, with cubed bread coated in butter, serving as the crusty base. Chef’s version includes a wonderful selection of locally sourced, fresh vegetables, keeping it light and fresh.
We will also have a wonderful selection of desserts for mom including a mini chocolate cheesecake and toasted coconut key lime pie. We look forward to making you and your mother’s Mother Day a special one!
